Chalets Brise Du Nord Inc. reserves the right NOT to permit visitors on the leased property if it deems necessary. If this clause is applied and is not respected or if the indicated number of occupants per dwelling is NOT respected, Chalets Brise Du Nord Inc. . has the right to cancel the reservation without reimbursement and / or withhold the security deposit.
Penalty Fees for late check-out: First hour $30 and then every additional hour
$50.

Cancellation in case of cancellation your payment will be held totally, you can apply it to another reservation within a year. A cancellation fee of 10% of total payment will be charged if the cancellation is 7 days before arrival date, a 25% , 72 hours before arrival date and the full amount the same day of arrival.
Supplementary clauses:
To allow the management to make emergency repairs and improvements on the dwelling during rental period.
To use the premises for resort purposes only and not for the purpose of a party (subject to expulsion.
To allow the inspection of the premises at reasonable hours during the present occupation.
Not to sublet nor transfer his / her interest in the present reservation without the consent of the lessor.
No pets allowed, if not respected one will be subjected to a penalty and expulsion.
To leave a security deposit of: $500 (2Bedroom) , either by Visa or MasterCard whereas the funds will be pre-authorized on the credit-card account. The security deposits made by debit or cash will be refunded by mail, if the dwelling and its content are left in good condition. We reserve the right to deduct the amount on the credit-card.
Non-smoking environment, if not respected, a penalty of $250 will be taken from the security deposit.
To return dwelling keys in the key drop-off box. $25 per lost or unreturned key will be charged through the security deposit.
It is forbidden to use exterior wood, branches in our fire places only ecological log wood is permitted (subject to penalty)
in case of extreme emergencies after office hours. there is an emergency number indicated on the office front door.
